Reviews
Write a ReviewThis was a pretty expensive, relatively small job -- $2,100, with maybe $300 in parts (their pricing), the rest labor. Granted, two people worked on it, but the time on job was maybe 5 hours (with interruption due to thunderstorm), so labor was nearly $100 per hour. The company uses a "unit price" approach, so they charge almost $300 to install an outside outlet which can be easy or hard, of course, depending on what's in the walls. They did a workmanlike job of it, from all I can see. Only a little bit of soft-sell marketing to see if we would agree to a whole new main panel rather than replacing circuit breakers -- I initially only wanted one weak one replaced, but agreed to swap out all of them since they were over 30 years old. Both electricians were courteous and professional, and left a clean site.
Very happy with the service.
Very courteous and professional.
The company responded right away. They explained the job, said my electrician would arrive with a truck full of equipment to fix any situations that came up. Trent showed up on time and stayed late till the job was done. I needed an outdoor outlet installed. The power there also fed my refrigerator so a whole new line had to be installed from the power in the attic. Trent went into the sweltering attic several times, stayed late to get the job done right and installed a new breaker just for the outdoor outlet with a gfs safety fuse. Love this guy and company. Im calling them back for another job.
Very professional, fully explained situation and how it could be resolved. Also made a suggestion, without pressure, to protect home electricity from surges. We decided to pursue additional surge protection. Courteous and professional. The project was top notch.
very professional
Professional and courteous. Explained in detail before starting any work and gave me a quote up front. I did not feel pressured to do any additional work. Employee was clean cut and on time.
Great company, did an excellent job installing garage lighting for us. Trent is great!
First time to use this service and vendor it supplied. Was able to keep my project on schedule.
Curtis and his apprentice Eris (or Arris?) were extremely courteous & thorough. There were unexpected complications & they worked on the situation for as long as it took.Kept me informed as the situation changed.
