Curtis came out and did a great job for me replacing old halogen spotlights with LED spotlights. Plus he was great to just work with. Very reasonable rates. I will use them again and recommend them.

I needed my electric panel replaced for a home inspection. Michael sent Curtis over the next business day. Curtis was prompt, very courteous, efficient, and helpful! He explained everything that needed to be done. He also put in GFS sockets by the sinks. Then I had a problem with another contractor, who cut the line to my water heater and Michael rearranged work schedules, sent Curtis back out to fix the line and got the work done the very next hour after I called them. Would absolutely recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my electrical issues!

Bought my first home and needed a few extra outlets in the garage along with a new drop for a ceiling fan. Originally was told an electrician would be at my house from 1-3. Apparently the guy was running late and I never got a call. After speaking with the company about the issue, they appeared generally sorry and wanted to make it right in which they did. As for as the work, Trent showed up bright and early ready to go. He explained several options and even pointed out some things to keep an eye out on the future all without feeling any sales pressure. In the end, the work was clean and so was my house. Red Royal - you have a very professional and hard working employee!

Ray did a great job! He explained everything that was needed, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was also willing to help with another electrical problem while he was here. We will definitely call Red Royal for any future electrical needs.
