He was thorough in evaluating our needs and what we envisioned for the space we re working with - the whole house! While doing the demo black mold was discovered under the flooring in the kitchen. John and Kris have worked patiently with us and assisted us in the task of working with insurance and making sure the mold is gone. We highly recommend this company."

"We love our new bathroom! We wanted to update our bathroom look and in a day, Russell gave us a detailed estimate for everything we wanted to do. We already had the new wall tile, floor tile and the vanity and just needed installation. Russell confirmed we had enough tile and also advised us on the other finishes we might need and want to consider like the tile edge, new shower valve and faucet which we hadn't thought of. He provided the rest and scheduled us to begin in 2 days! We also decided to have them put in a new tub for us. They were very efficient and the whole project only took 4 days to complete. We were instructed to allow the new shower walls 3 days dry time before we used it. Other than a leaky toilet valve that needed to be replaced, everything went perfect and the quality was way beyond our expectations. 5 stars!"

They went above and beyond and did an outstanding job. I had my ceilings finished smooth and they came out great. The bathroom drywall installed and finished came out great as well. Kevin is very professional and has great team. Iâ m definitely calling him back for other jobs down the road. "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I���ll return for my tile install next."
