I got a little antsy as it took awhile to get the job done but because they are a great company-they watched the weather carefully and would not start until the rain forecast was favorable. The crew was friendly, respectful, professional and went above and beyond. They make sure and replace all wood that is rotted or questionable before roofing. They not only clean up when the job is done, they clean up daily after being on the hot roof and working hard they still run the magnet and sweep or use the blower before going home. They show up exactly on time and get straight to work and do not fool around -it is non stop working. Castle did get my insurance company to pay for the roof, minus the deductible. First, he actually answered the phone when I called the first time. My main project was to repair tile that was falling down in my guest bathroom. I also had some other handyman projects. Rickey talked me through everything and even suggested I stop by Floor & Decor to pick out some tile as they were having a sale. He recommended I focus on less expensive tile for the main work and add in decorative glass tile for a special touch. It would save me money and look great (he was right!). Once the work began, both him and his colleague Chad were on time, professional and paid attention to every detail.
