Reviews
Write a ReviewVery responsive. Able to come to home next day.
The electrician, James Cormany, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. I was pleased with his work.
First the good 1. The contacts with the office were both reasonable and professional. 2. Sal, the electrician, arrived in a timely manner and did a fine job installing 2 lighting panels in the drop ceiling in my garage. He was personable, trustworthy and did quality work! The truck was bright, shiny, and well equipped. Now the problems 1. I could not get even a ballpark guess as to what the cost would be over the phone. 2. Once Sal arrived, the job information was loaded into a tablet with little input as to how easy or difficult the installation would be. 3. The price came back at $335.00 mol. Understand, both circuits were already wired from the wall switch to within 2 ft of the light. All that had to be done was switch the hook up from a plug-in to a hard wire. Total cost of materials - $10.00? 4. When I was given the price, I said no - $200.00 was my max. They came back with $250.00 (which came back as $267.00 because they couldn't make the tablet say $250.00) 5. I was told the install time estimate was between 1.5 and 2 hours: The basis for the charge. 6. The total install time was actually 20 minutes, I timed it! 7. I never received a receipt for the work or a breakdown of the charges. The problem was not Sal the electrician or the work he did – It was the Business Plan and how the company chooses to do business. I will not hire them in the future.
They have what is called the shield which sends a text and email with the person coming to the home. they also go over every step of what needs to be fixed and give you the time to decide and they gave me the price upfront and that is the price I paid when the work was completed.
James contacted me to let me know that he was on his way which is appreciated. He quoted a price, we agreed on it, and he completed the job on the spot. We are very happy with the fan installation and would highly recommend this company.
Very professional and on time. Will definitely use them in the future.
Did not waste time. Got right to the job. Had all they needed to do the job.
VERY PROFESSIONAL,EXCELLENT WORK-I THOUGHT THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT I HAVEN'T HAD AN ELECTRICIAN FOR QUITE AWHILE-OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB DONE.
Expert work done quickly. Very courteous, too.
Excellent service, arrived with his team who did an excellent job, friendly and congenital, very efficient. Would definitely use again and recommend. October 2018 in Panama City, Fl. Replaced mast and power meter and any necessary wiring in laundry room after Hurricane Michael.
