"If you are thinking about building a new pool or remodeling your existing pool without question I would recommend Hollywood Pools and Spas. My pool and spa was 26 years old and in need of a complete renovation. My experience with Hollywood Pools and Spas was outstanding, starting with my first meeting with Jason who explained all the features and options they offered and then through the entire renovation process. All of their workers were very professional, experienced and extremely easy to work with. I was also very impressed with the owner Ron. During our remodel Ron was there checking on everyones work and once in a while pointing out areas he didnt like which I couldnt even notice. Very impressive! I cant emphases enough the trust that Ron, Jason and the team at Hollywood Pools and Spas leaves you with. As an example, once the pool remodel was complete we were going to add a waterfall over the swim out. After meeting with Ron and his rock guy that was building the water fall. Ron calls early the next morning and tells me he was thinking about the waterfall all night and thinks it would overwhelm the pool and recommended we not go forward with the construction. What company would pass up another $4,000 because they didnt believe it was the right thing to do for their customer? Im telling you no other company!! One more important note . two months after our pool was completed I had a couple of minor issues with the operation of the pool not related to the renovation. I kept calling my pool maintenance company to correct but they couldnt locate the problems. I finally called Ron to ask for references of other companies that might fix my problems. The next thing I know Ron and Jason are at my house for two days identifying the issues and correcting them. What other company can you call two months after they were paid and get help??? In the past several months I have had work done in our home by well established companies and never hear from the owner during or after the work was completed. Hollywood Pools and Spas is a great company you can trust and relay on!! The pool and new travertine deck were completed on time and looks unbelievable!! See pictures. Richard"

He is extremely knowledgeable about not only the building process but helps you out afterwards getting to know the features of your new pool and spa. "After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail.
