I was excited about this company at first. I felt like they were exactly who I was looking for. When appt was scheduled; I was given such a huge gap, between 10am-4pm. No big deal, I thought. I need this fixed anyway. I drove two hours away this is my second home I wanted to make sure I made the appt. I even had my son skip school. One of the techs showed up around 2, maybe 3, I cannot recall. Complete fail, he didn t have all of his tools, plus he smell like smoke. I rescheduled it again the next day. I had to drive back to my primary home that same day, and return back again the following day because I personally didn t have anything for my kids to spend the night. His work was sloppy, plus I just noticed a nail from his nail gun stinking out my main door.

These guys were fast, and very accommodating to my busy schedule. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and extremely professional! I would definitely call them again if I needed window replacement/repair!
