The windows repaired was done well, but I thought the cost was high for the service given. They repaired one window with aluminum side rails and lubed the rest of the windows in the house in about 30 minutes for $234.00.

The man who performed the service was not only excellent but he was extremely happy and pleasant. The person I dealt with to arrange the service required a lot of chasing, phone calls and having to explain who I was each time. He wasn't rude he just wasn't concerned with providing outstanding customer service. The price was kind of high, higher than our other quotes and we hired him based on reviews but again had to call many times.
