They came on time; the technicians were courteous. While the parts I needed were ordered, the company kept in touch with me regarding when the parts were expected, and then called to set up another appointment to install the parts. Again, the techs arrived promptly. Very happy with the entire experience.

Although it took awhile for the glass to arrive at the shop RedLine kept in touch with us and once the materials arrived they promptly installed the glass. I am very happy with their service. Also, they responded to my on-line inquiry with you within 15 minutes of submission!

Good service in the beginning but when we decided to go with them the customer service dropped off.
