Excellent experience! We have been killing ourselves opening and closing our over-sized, 250lb sliding glass door for years. 5 min after requesting help on HA, RedLine called. Immediately they were diagnosing my problem and giving me price ranges for the work needed. They sent a tech 2 days later for a FREE estimate . Our tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival (as I requested) and was exactly on time. Upon the estimate inspection the tech realized that he had all parts in the van and could fix it immediately. The tech did a fantastic job and passed on all maintenance info. My cost of the visit was right in the middle of the estimate range. The work, customer service, tech service and results were all off the chart. I will be scheduling some more work in the near future. I recommend this company!

This company is attentive and on the ball. The salesmen I was communicating with followed up and answered all my questions. The estimator was very knowledgeable and the installer did a great job. I highly recommend this Redline Windows.

I needed the screens replaced. They don't actually make the screens themselves, they are ordered out from the "manufacturer". I guess they are a middle man. The sliding door screen is not tight, it has waves in it. They said they would look at when they bring out two screens that were made wrong. But as I look around the house, all windows have new screens so I don't know what was ordered wrong. Also screens were installed wrong side out.
