It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at RedLine Windows. Everyone seems to really care about their customers - We live in an older mobile home, so the door had to be cut to fit. Still the installer, James, had to do a little improvising in finishing the trim and he did a great job. Very well satisfied with the whole experience. To all you folks and Redline - THANKS.

True professional experience. Almost immediate follow up with me, kept appointments on time and did quality work. They had to order parts but both times they were on time and totally courteous and businesslike. Our 1975 vintage slider works like new now.

Did an excellent job on screens a little slow to complete job and did not get a good response when calling them second time to check status of completion. Overall very good work but could be a little more responsive to customer.

They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He knew exactly what was wrong with the siding glass door and fixed it. I am so thankful this door doesn't give me problems anymore. :)
