This company was great to work with! I needed a glass repair on two windows quickly and they came out within a day and it was on a weekend... at no extra charge. I have several windows that need replacement (old windows) but they didn't try and up sell me to do this. They stayed focused on the repair request which is why when I start replacing those windows, Redline will get my business! I like a company that earns your business and does a great job!

MY TECHNICIAN WAS EXPERIENCED, FRIENDLY, CAREFUL, AND I REALLY APPRECIATED HIM CLEANING THE WORK AREA INVOLVED. (upon completion of his work.) I PAID $410. FOR MY PATIO//SLIDING GLASS DOOR TO BE REPAIRED. THAT INCLUDED A NEW DOOR LOCK, ROLLERS, AND LABOR. I FELT THAT PRICE WAS TOO HIGH---BUT WHAT A RELIEF TO BE ABLE TO OPEN AND CLOSE MY SLIDING GLASS DOOR WITHOUT GREAT DIFFICULTY AND PAIN IN MY RIGHT ARM. THANKS! m.w.

Had a broken window out on the patio and after contacting RedLine, they sent someone over the next day to take the measurements and determine window frame type and glass type. Received a quote the very same day. Quoted 5-7 days and the glass was ready in 3 business days. installer showed up and was very efficient and friendly. Replaced the glass within about 30 minutes. Very good experience and would highly recommend for your glass replacement needs.
