Their final amount charged was exactly as their estimate. They were on time as promised and installation was quick. The installation crew was friendly and professional. However, don't expect anything other than exactly what is to be done for glass replacement. There was no extra effort to offer a "tune up" on the roller wheels or a replacement of them (at time of estimate or during repair/replacement), even though the door was now off. I would highly recommend you do this while the door is off and can be worked on. So make sure you specify or ask for that up front. I would recommend it that you way you don't pay another trip charge or have to schedule another visit just for something that should be offered or done when the door is available to be serviced with professionals standing right there. In their haste, they forgot to put back on a rubber bumper at the bottom of the door. I had to go out and ask for it. I also cleaned the bottom track since the door was off on both sides. This was not offered, but would have been a nice gesture at customer service...but I guess that's "old school" thinking. Overall, I thought the glass was pretty costly for the size...but that could be just the way it is nowadays. I would possibly use them again, but you may find more personalized service with a smaller family owned type of business.
