Very impressed with Redline. I had moisture in a double pane window and was preparing to be told that I needed to replace the entire 4x5 ft, two part sliding window. Redline told me on the phone that might not be the case. They can replace the lower section glass but wanted to come look to be sure. Tech came over, quickly assessed the window, confirmed I could replace the glass - MUCH cheaper and less daunting than a full window replacement! Redline provided a quote for the glass and cam replacement, scheduled the appointment, showed up on time and completed the work without much interruption. The job was complete within 30 minutes. They never tried to upsell me on new windows, they just focused on fixing the problem I called them to fix. They did a great job.

I would not use this company again. The initial quote was done in an expeditious manner. We had them do two things. We purchased a custom sliding door and had an window glass replaced in a slider. Once I had prepped the opening for the slider door, they came out and did a final measurement. When they installed the door, the installer put an inadequate amount of water sealer at the bottom. When the entire door was installed, you could see daylight around the entire frame - both sides and top. They did not caulk around the door at all, nor on the outside at the bottom. When the installer pulled the window slider out of the frame, he bent the frame on the inside and out. After he finished installing the glass and the put the window back in, he left and did not say much. After inspecting both the window, I noticed that he had not made any attempt to fix the frame and the glazing that was reused was not seated correctly. After he left, I knew that I had to do something with the patio door to keep hot air and bugs out, so I went and purchased some backer and installed around the opening to seal it until I could call them and get them to come back out. The guy that came out was very nice and was not the original installer, however all that was done was a small bead of caulk around the frame of the door where I had already installed the backer. He listened to my concerns and told us he would come back and fix the window frame as well. He did come back and fix the window frame. After a good monsoon rain, and 30 gallons plus of water in our Arizona room, I called again and they sent out the installer to talk with us again. To no avail, they would not do anything to fix the poor installation, except agree that the initial installation was sub-standard. The guy that I talked with agreed that it was a poor installation and just wanted to know what it was that I wanted. When I told him that I would like the door re-installed and done right, he more or less refused to do that. Needless to say, I have taken additional steps to keep the door from leaking but I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone. Beware!!

The Redline did an outstanding job and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. I highly recomend them.

The repairman went above and beyond on a difficult sliding door issue and did not stop till the job was done right. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Tech called an showed up before time predicted. Assessed the problem, took pictures, ordered parts and said an email would be sent next morning with estimate. Email arrived and we called to schedule. Parts were in within the week and he returned to finish the job. Again arrived on time and completed our repair quickly and efficiently.

They were very professional and courteous. They explained what was to be done and how long it should take. They followed up quickly to questions I had.
