They were very profesional and cleaned up after themselves. Quick at what the work entailed and my Gutter and Facia look great. I changed the color from beige to green.

My main problem with the contractor was their installers. Their quality of workmanship was good to very good but no one on the crew spoke English. We were using translating apps on phones to communicate. This was an expensive project I would expect one member of the crew to be fluent in English. I also had difficulty getting a person to do a walk-around to address the "punch list" I had made. He did come and there was no language problem and my issues were addressed. And lastly, the project started in October. It is now December and they still have not installed the shutters. They claim they had to be back-ordered and are scheduled for next week.

From the very beginning with the salesman who knocked on our door to the salesman who came to our home, to the finished job, everything has been outstanding. Both salesman were very courteous and in no way pushy. They were both obviously very confident in their product, but there was no pressure. When we were finalizing the sales agreement the representative informed us of a substantial discount for signing at the time. This was in my opinion no way a pressure technique as you would expect. He offered it once only in a very low key way explaining that it saved the company money if he did not have to come back later which would prevent him from new sales calls, so that savings was offered to us. He urged us to think it over and to not do it unless we were completely comfortable, in fact suggesting that we shop around. He then dropped it and didn't mention it again. The entire interaction was very good with no pressure or shadiness. We had siding, gutters, and a new entrance door installed. The crews (a different crew for each job, and obviously very skilled at it), were all very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and listened to questions and acted on them without question or hesitation. Every crew was great and got the jobs completed quickly. There was no down time during the installations or between jobs. Everything was done in just over a week. The quality of the work and the materials is very high. Power is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. When considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, the timeline of installation, and the unbeatable warranty, I think that they are a good value. We are very pleased with the project and have had no issues are problems at all. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

The product is amazing. However; the customer service hasnâ t been great. We were told at the time of ordering the crews were amazing and would clean up everyday (we have two kids and dogs). Not only did they not clean up which included nails and trash all in the front and backyard weâ ve called to have them to come back on three different occasions to fix the areas of concerns (not including the clean up). We are a month past completion and theyâ ve come out once but still didnâ t fix the areas identified by the quality check representative.

Great people, great service, great product. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the cleanup.
