From beginning to end Power was interactive in the project, ensuring that the project was going as planned, as well as answering all of my questions and concerns. The team that did the work was very courteous and friendly. They cleaned up well after the project. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking siding work.

I had my front door 2/3, back door replaced and front window (2/3) replaced on 2/3. Back door a guy came the next day to do - but refused. The back door was then done 2/7, it is good. The front door with deadbolt and bottom lock locked, you can pull on the door and look out, door does not seal. Today is 2/25 and have to wait till 4/18 for a fix. Also, I was told I could re-use my brand new screen doors. My Front screen door was installed in July of 2020 and the back door one was installed in May of 2021. I was assured by 3 people (sales Rep, PM- Brian, and Harry- installer), (Power Home does not re-install so I would have to have my contractor do that) That I would not need to spend another $800 on new screen doors - the ones I had could be re-used. Well, that was a lie. I cannot re-use my screen doors, apparently they do not know how to measure correctly and after Spending almost $12,000 on this Construction, I was told there is nothing they are going to do about it. So they can lie to people and think that is ok. I guess not everyone is as honest as myself. I am sure a more reputable Company like Andersen would not be as rude as they were on the phone either and would do something to rectify. I will also be contacting the BBB. Overall do not recommend this company.

Our Project included replacements of: Windows, Siding, Gutters and Doors with a life-time warranty. We are in amazement for the transformation of our 27 year home to having an Energy Efficient Remodeled Home that is beautiful, has attention to detail and simply updated gorgeously. We have received so many compliments from our friends and neighbors. We thank all the personnel of PHR who diligently and efficiently did their work to transform our home to be a show-stopper. We love our windows, siding, detailed trims, gutters and doors. We can't wait to see the heating and cooling cost savings. Thank you so much for adding value to our home and an exceptional professional performance shown from the initial contact person who introduced us to PHR to the Project Manager. When we walk around our property admiring our "New Energy Efficient Remodeled Home", we can't help but to smile for the transformation. Again, thank you so much in working with us to improve the value of our home and reducing the overall heating and cooling bills.
