Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable. John explained the product features well. We were only able to do a portion of the work we had inquired about. We are very happy with the results. The crew did a great job. Our reason for only giving 4.5 stars is we did not receive a copy of the estimated cost of the whole job.

Power Home Remodeling provided great work on the siding install. The siding looks great and provides a great new facade for the house. The work only took about 48 hours. I do have a couple of concerns: During our sales meeting, we were told that there would be a tarp used to catch any loose debris that would fall. This did not happen. Although the workers did use a magnet to do a rough sweep, many nails were left on the property. I have been in contact with the project manager since the install, and it was stated that the crew would come back out to do a more thorough cleanup, but they haven't been back yet. Also, a couple of deck rails were broken in the process of the installation, and they failed to let us know. Our deck is old, but I would have hated for that to happen to a new deck. We brought this to the attention of the project manager, and he offered to replace the rails. I opted for them not to fix them, since my deck is old, and we will be replacing it soon anyway.
