Working with Power means that I donâ t have to worry about calling contractors or them disappearing in the middle of a project. The professionals are courteous, skilled, Also, the high quality materials are outstanding and my house looks beautiful. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it also more energy efficient. My heating and air conditioning costs have been lowered significantly. A win win WIN situation for me!

So professional, clean, courteous and overall very pleased with every aspect of the service. The final project exceeded my expectation. I never had to worry because all my questions were answered before and after completion. They were in constant contact if they needed clarification. They were fast too but not sloppy. Cleaned up everything. Did my roof, windows and replaced a door.

The Power Pro App was crucial to know what had been done and what was scheduled to be next. The installers got most of the work done that same day, all they do is siding, so the project moved along rather quickly. I watched the installers working and saw they absolutely knew how to do the job and do it the right way, no tight nails and seams, capping and J channels were sealed front to back. Extra care was taken when applying silicone to ensure water would not get in behind siding.

I had windows, siding ,shutters and gutters done. From the sales person to the three different crews that came to my house were all very nice and cleaned up after they were done.

The installation of new vinyl siding was excellent and the finished product looks fantastic. Installation is actually performed by outside contractors, not Power employees. Only issue is Power was supposed to retrieve leftover material but it is still sitting in my lawn two weeks later.

Respectful Customer Service. Customers need to be knowledgeable and aware of what is occurring at their house. Pay attention to materials, cost, responses to questions and problems when they occur! Be respectful , aware , and helpful to the workers! Organization is key along COMMUNICATION!! Need for Consistent workers for each house to facilitate correct and fast installation!!! Need for 1 worker to take charge and introduce themselves to the homeowners for consistent quality of installations!!
