The whole experience went very smoothly and faster that I expected. Everyone were professionals and knew what they were doing. The price is not cheap, but with a lifetime warranty plus the quality and value is outstanding. Highly Recommended.

Great attention to detail!

DO NOT HIRE POWER HOME REMODELING FOR VINYL SIDING INSTALLATION. They installed gorgeous windows in January, so I had no qualms about hiring them to replace my siding in June. Then the nightmare began. The sub-contractor they used left my yard and driveway littered with nails, screws, naked razor blades, sharp pieces of metal and trash. They never tried to clean up after themselves. There were beer bottles in the dumpster each evening and bottle caps littering my yard. They RUINED my new windows. The casings they reinstalled are not level and have dents and odd twists. The way they covered the half-moon window at the kitchen is atrocious. They installed trim around my windows to hide the horrible, sloppy job they did when they cut the siding. And they could not even install this trim neatly. None of it is level or straight. The white caulking on gray trim looks like a 5 year old finger-painted it. Then, a week after the install two sections of siding fell off the back of my house. Two managers came a week later (early July) and cleaned up the mess but then tried to tell me my windows were supposed to look like that. And yet, the pictures their inspector took in January and uploaded to their app clearly shows the windows were properly installed in January. What the siding crew did looks nothing like those pictures. Those two managers rehung the siding that fell but now they are coming loose again. Other sections are loose as well. One of the managers emailed me on 8/17/23 saying she would call me the next day to set up time for workers to come out to fix all the problems but I never heard from her again. I called them two weeks later and the manager who answered said they would send people out on 9/15/23 so I took the day off from work. No one showed up. When I called I was told that manager never put me on their schedule for that day or any other day. They rescheduled for today, 9/29/23, and they said an install manager and two workers would be out. I called again this morning and was told no manager would be out but a full window team would. Two men showed up. It took them 2 hours to reinstall the casing on one window. It is level but still doesnt look like my windows in January. They ca not do some of the windows because of siding issues and their manager tried to contact PHR. I called the company again and was told they sent this two-man window team based on my email in August that only said the windows needed to be fixed. That email was a response to my full, written list of demands I gave one of the install managers in July. My full list includes the siding issues. They said they would send another install manager out but didnt know when that would be. Instead of owning up to all the mistakes their siding sub-contractors caused and fixing them from the start, they keep giving me the run-around. Do not trust Power Home Remodeling with siding installation in the Charlotte area.

I am not rating this company any higher than a 4 because there were lacks of follow through by Power. The project was completed with the material and workmanship promised. Communication was difficult with two of the three crews on site during the work; there was no lead person to whom I could ask questions or tell of issues without calling a 1-800 number and speak to an offsite person. Initially, the soffit crew did not understand that they were to do the ceiling of one of our porches and had to come back with the additional materials to complete the work. This crew disconnected our spotlights and did not reconnect them correctly. The gutter crew arrived with the wrong color of gutters so another crew had to come the following Monday and finish the job. I called the 1-800 number for these issues and the spotlights issue has not been resolved. I have just looked through all the paperwork and tomorrow I need to call again about the spotlight and to ask about acquiring a copy of our revised financing papers. I had to call to ask about a credit for unused plywood and an amendment was done to the financing, but I have not received a copy.

Extremely disappointed especially on the customer service side. Be sure to go through the contract in great detail and do not rush through signing if using Power Home Remodeling Group. Main problems were: 1) Unexpected costs â I was told in the sale and pre inspection project it would be extremely unlikely more materials would be needed, but would be at cost. Mid project I was told that they needed an additional $2k+ of materials that was unbudgeted for and unplanned for and was simply told â you signed the contract sorryâ 2) Mess left behind â After the project, my attic was filled with wood, nails, shingles and dust all over the place. When I opened the entry way into the attic I was covered in dust and hit with wood blocks and nails. I clearly asked the pre installation manager do I need to clear the attic before the work. I was told no it would only be a little dust and just cover valuables. I called customer service and was told â you signed the contract sorry go rent a shop vac and you need to do it yourselfâ even after sending pictures and a manager saying this is absolutely disrespectful. The sale process I was sold that this isnâ t a company you never hear from once the work completed but that turns out to be false. Once the sale is complete there is no care about the customer. Is unfortunately a typical corporate structure company only focuses on sales and not on the customer, even when they are clearly in the wrong. I know not to use this company in the future and would not recommend.

We have done Windows Siding and Doors. The whole process was easy and most of the projects are done in a day.

We have used Powers for windows, siding & gutters on our previous home, and in the last 2 years have had siding, gutters, basement windows & roof all done on our present home. The lifetime warranty is a game changer! From the salesman to the installers to the inspector after the job is done...professional, clean, on time, knowledgeable...couldn't ask for more!
