They have not started the job yet. Suppose to be at the end of July. The presentation of this product was over 4 hours. We got so bored. Need to speed it up. The product is more expensive than just regular siding, it is lined on the back so it makes it thicker than regular siding and not break as easily. Ask me in August again for a better opinion.

They lost two stars for the things they said they would do and did not do. Firstly they promised not to leave the house without siding overnight so it wouldn't get wet in the rain. The first day they completely stripped the house of siding and only replaced 1.5 walls. Day 2 it rained all day and they did not come to work on it. As a result, 2.5 walls of my house were exposed to rain with only they're "breathable" underlayment for protection. They also promised to put inserts around the things sticking out of the walls to avoid having to just glob caulk on to seal through the awkward shape of the siding but the outlet box on my front porch does not have one and they used a ton of caulk to get a seal in the larger than 1/2 inch gaps around it. They did a great job cleaning up the building supplies and we haven't found any nails, but they left cigarette butts all around the house, lots of them.

Bad experience from day one. This has been a 10 year nightmare with almost every window needing replacement for poor build and leaks. Almost every 6 months, I walk through the house inspecting the windows for haze from the argon gases leaking and burning to obscure my view. When I call for service, it is like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment. I currently have 2 broken windows that have been in their queue for 3 months with a June delivery. I received an email this morning telling me that they had to unschedule my appointment. They hoped that the windows would be ready by August. He goes on to say that from day one they have been committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We hope that this simple step points us in that direction. I would say NO ! It started with poor installation from day one. We never saw the minimum of 20% savings in energy costs that they promised. The installer never filled the area around the windows with the necessary insulation. So, instead of cold temperatures in the Winter on our windows to the touch, the area around each window is freezing with air drifting into the house on the sides of the windows. Customer service is a joke. The people on the other end of the phone could care less about helping you. And timeliness is not a priority. Repairs have been averaging 10-12 months per issue. I don't even want to think about the inefficiency of the bad windows as I patiently wait for repairs. The only bright spot is the friendly face of the person who comes to install my windows every 10 months or so. "Oh, it's you again. What is this.....window number 20 or so that I have replaced?" STAY FAR AWAY ! Overpriced, poorly designed and horrible customer service after the work is completed. You are best suited to work with anyone but Power HRG. They had to change their name because there were too many bad reviews with their old name. Save your time and hard earned money.

Schedules appointment, waited a week for them to come out. 5 hours before the appointment they tell me they NEED to come inside my home. I asked why? Since they are only doing siding. It 60 degrees out I said we can talk outside and if needed I will provide a table outside to sit at. Refused to comprise. I am sorry but in the era of Covid, I do not want a random stranger in our house. That was their deal breaker because I would not let them in our house for an ESTIMATE. I will find another contractor that respects my health.
