The job-site was a huge mess during the work was taking place. They left my home on final day of work with dirt, scrap particles and nails all over the yard. It is a real shame because the quality of work was good so I would recommend to others , now I am hesitant because it would be embarrassing if they make the same mess they left us with.

I would not recommend Power. While I thought I was paying a little more for quality, it was just a sales pitch. They did not install things they said they would, and leaned on fine print in the terms and conditions when asked about it. Their crews would show up with no idea what they were supposed to do, so I ended up managing their crews for them. The quality was very poor, and when questioned on specific concerns they wrote them off. The worst is that they require you to sign a completion form stating that you are happy with the install when their crew is finished. The crew would not leave until you sign it, because they would not get paid if you do not. But you cannot get ahold of anyone at Power to discuss concerns you may have. The roofing guy finished at 8:15 at night, in the dark, and then would not leave until I signed the completion form. Finally, their is no communication on compliance issues, the permit for the roof replacement is still open despite multiple requests to Power to schedule the final inspection. They did put the financing in place though, so I am paying interest on the full amount despite the project not being inspected and signed off.

Crews all the way from sales team, to installers and inspection, truly outstanding customer service and inclusion in the whole project. Efficient, clean, professional! Impressed enough with the work and ease of experience getting the siding and windows replaced, that I'm having them replace my roof also!

The project managers were great and we're very satisfied with the product we received. However, the installers are in a hurry, they did a great job, but didn't clean up very well. The windows are amazing, cut out noise to less than half what it had been.
