Aggressive sales, almost forced us into buying, though we still felt in control of our decision. Despite being shown windows that are so strong, they can hammer in nails, 2 windows had damage within a month. One window cracked across the entire pane, nothing caused the crack, it was definitely due to installation error. Window cracked within month of installation, a year later were still waiting for replacements. They push our appointment back a month, every month. The company does not backup their work with anything tangible. You get a fancy warranty that has no stipulations for how long they can take.

Very professional company. Start to finish. Got my siding done, and gutters. Had a problem with the fascia under the gutters, had a supervisor at the site right away, and worked with me to get it done. Still within the timeframe, even with extra work! These folks are great!

Customers should beware of the company's pre-work and post-work follow up contacts. Their inspectors prior to the job, and quality control individuals after work is completed double as high pressure salesmen. Use of pressure sales tactics in this business is expected, but not particularly welcome.

These fine folks got me out of a jam and were quick to help me. The receptionist was kind and sweet and the work was done very well. I highly recommend these people.

The process of scheduling the installation was a bit of a challenge and they installed a couple months after the originally scheduled installation. But the installation team was great! There was a slight issue after completion that Power resolved within a couple days, which was great! They are a lot more expensive than most other companies, but their product is superior and their work is phenomenal.
