Many of the window low-e sashes have defects that need replacing. I've been waiting for 18 months since I reported this defect. Still waiting for their warranty to happen.

Everyone was polite and professional. They worked extremely neatly - left zero mess behind. They brought up detail options and provided great recommendations showing true care about doing a great job. They also responded quickly when I called in two minor issues that popped up after providing a complete inspection on and after installation... no argument... professional, and looked to see if there was anything else they saw that I missed that they could fix while they were there... and we found nothing more.

Everyone from the site manager, salesperson and workers were polite and helpful. They were on time and communicated if they were going to be late. When they finished, they clean up the area very quickly. I recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about siding and gutters for their home.

Site manager was always on the job. My only complaint was that when the gutters were installed, they failed to seal a couple of holes and rainwater seeped in and caused some leaks in the dining room. When I tried to schedule someone to repair this, I was told the earliest date was November. I hired a private contractor to fix it.
