    The job was done one time and on quality. However, they employ pressure tactics to charge a higher price than others would and prevent shopping around. We probably overpaid. They seemed to have an insiders deal with HomeAdvisor to be the first vendor posted so they could swoop in with their higher prices and 'soft sales' pressure tactics.

    Their roofing crew stole my deer skull from the front of my house and it magically reappeared next to their van on the street after threatening to call the police. While stripping off the old roofing, they let the debris build up on my front bushes causing unrepairable damage. Unless you can speak Spanish you won't be able to communicate with their laborors and there is no boss working with them on site to help bridge the language barrier. They left scraps from their lunch around my front yard, avacado skins and shrimp tails and also cigarette butts, one of them smoked the whole time. The trim and gutters crews were fine but the cleanup after they were all done could have been better they left a decent amount of roofing nails and gutter screws even in plain sight in my driveway. Also had a couple of scheduling issues with material availability the attic insulation installers causing the project to be completed more than a week late.

    I would highly recommend power, for home remodeling! From start to finish, every sales person ,all construction workers where very kind,professional! The door replacement crew did a very good job, the roof crews worked in the 35 degree cold weather from 6:30am until dark ! Came back the following morning to complete and clean up work zone ! Myself and wife are very pleased with all the remodeling work especially the vent roofing ! It got neighbors attention because of the quality look of the roof ! ? Thank you power and all your staff! Kind regards .

    They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever.
