The company personally takes care of their customer! The work was superior, the recommendations in regard to fixing the underlying issue is not something I am use to with a home contractor. They even inspected the work during installation.

They will use top of the line products, and their people definitely know how to put their customers at ease. And, yes, their certification and warranty is unbeatable. They hire very polite and skilled Mexican guys to do the work and have QA guys who will come by to check up on them, but you're going to pay 40% more for this roof than that Mexican guy would've charged if you'd just hired him directly, though. If you can resist the predatory sales tactics, don't like dealing with people who barely speak English, and you like the 50 year transferrable warranty because your roof is one of those things you tend to stress a lot over, then maybe that premium you will pay is worth it to you. But if I'd known for certain what the final bill would end up being right at the beginning, I don't think I would have signed the contract. They will give you 5 business days to change your mind, but they told me they probably wouldn't need the stuff they added to the contract "just in case", and now I do not feel good about this decision. I wish I had just canceled after the contract was revised.

Power Home Remodeling did all that thewy said they would do and in the time they allotted. The workers were friendly and motivated to get the job done right. When they were finished they cleaned everything up. I am glad I hired PHR to do my work and will do so again in the future.
