    I have been very impressed with the quality of the work, materials and follow up service. Initially, I was concerned hiring a such a large company as I usually use local talent. However, they did identify a serious problem after installing new windows. They have demonstrated an excellent understanding the this concern and how to address it.

    The roof was completed in one day. But there were shingle bits and nails on the lawn. Told the QA supervisor.

    Something heavy dropped on the roof and damaged the door in the garage to my backyard. They did repair the ceiling in the garage that was damaged. I am still picking up nails a month later. Roof looks great tho.

    Customer service was excellent and roof so far looks great. My only negative comment is that when they finished the job it was dark and so I am finding stuff in the yard that should have been cleaned up. The project manager requested the crew come back to do that and I dont think they ever did based on what I am finding - roofing materials, wood, nails.

    They showed up on time. Did a full days work. Cleaned up and left no mess. The work was very well done. They explained what they were doing and used top grade materials. Very friendly and polite workers. Kept a safe working environment.
