    Sales and Marketing put on a great dog and pony show. The prices are exorbitant even for a one day install. Their sales tactics are reprehensible and possibly illegal. The minute you say no, they come up with a new price that is **only good if you say yes NOW** Oh, and let us not forget the **extra discount** for letting Power HRG use and edit pictures of your home in perpetuity as well as filling out that survey. Tsk, tsk. Also, you have to wait for two other companies to finish the job, after all, they are only roofers. The Pre-Installation-Inspection went well enough. Unfortunately, that is when you find out your roofing job is SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS OUT! In the meantime your home is in danger of ruin and your health is being further jeopardized by mold and mildew growth. Hope you are in great health and have plenty of money for extra wood replacement and doctor visits.

    Mike who handles the financing worked hard to help me but it still came out very expensive. There was an issue with the location of the bathroom exhaust fan vent. They do not attach the tubing-hose, but I could't crawl in the attic to connect it. Their project manager came out and connected the tube-hose for me. The shingles are guaranteed for 50 years and not pro-rated so I am happy with that. They do not have a completely black shingle like I would have liked but it looks good.
