Still do not have a receipt for the money we spent. Warranty clearly states that proof of install is required. Have called to request a call back and have not heard from anyone. That was nine days ago. They were professional up until the time the project was done and they were paid. Now we can not get a call back to have questions answered. Crew left behind materials in the yard that were not used without asking whether or not we wanted them. Had to lug them into the garage and now do not know what to do with them. I would have gladly given them to the crew or said that I did not want them left here.

Not only did they meet our expectations, but they also exceeded them. They did a top-notch job and kept us well informed throughout the project. Even had them come back two days later to do attic insulation to maximize benefits of new roofing.

We had a lot of work done, roofing, trim, gutters, and insulation. Once they get you to sign the paperwork hard to get ahold of anyone to come out and talk to you. We would have done somethings differently knowing what we know now.

Staff is very easy to work with and scheduling was perfectly orchestrated. They were honest about our roof and while we didn't HAVE to get one now it would need to be done in 2-3 yrs. but our gutters were 2" undersized which would explain why we had so many clogs and overflow. We decided to do all of it at one time and now never have to deal with it again. It would have been perfect if gutter guards were an option.
