The experience of ordering/scheduling the install and the day of the install was far beyond what I've come to expect from local contractors. The cost was on the higher side of things but given the product and speed of execution it was worth it to me. The only hitch were some small issues with cleaning up the site afterwards. Contact with the people afterwards to address these issues were responded to quickly and resolved swiftly.

Workers did a good job on roof and clean up but broke items that were removed from front yard when they attempted to put them back out into yard. Also scratched our new deck railing. For the item broke, they left without even telling me. Do not like the high pressure sales tactics as well as the "quality control" visit when all it was was an attempt to upsell. Cannot recommend due to broken items with no communication of said items, high pressure sales and upsell attempts. Neighbors needing new roof asked me my opinion and this is what I told them.

Power did a great job with my roof. The installers were quick and efficient. I am happy with the job but it was a time consuming effort from the first inspection until the final check, but I do appreciate the attentiveness and follow up. I would recommend!

Fast, efficient and cleaned up very well. People were polite and very nice. Most of the workers did not speak English but knew how to do the job.

Explained company's work ethics , materials used, and customer's satisfaction requirement in every aspect. Inspected work areas to identify possible problem areas and make recommendations Arrived day after materials arrived and went to work putting up tarps and and such to protect sides of house, plantings, etc. Allowed us to inspect work in progress and finished work, then cleaned-up all work areas so well that, except for the improvements, you wouldn't know they had been there. i

The quality of the installation was very good but dealing with Power company itself was horrible. The installation was done by sub contractors. The company reps said one thing and what was done was another thing. Even the billing was messed up. They were supposed to take half in cash and the other half on a credit card. They put it all on the credit card and took the 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit card and it took several calls to have them refund the full amount of the first credit card payment. Never did get a receipt or the warranty. The roof was done well but was not worth the hassle dealing with Power.
