Work seems ok, Company personnel after installation agreement were not helpful. All calls are from unknown callers. You donâ t know who youâ re dealing with. Company appears to be a job shop operation.

The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great.

This was the second time I hired this company because of the quality of the materials and work that they use and do. I also had Roofing, doors, windows and gutters installed besides the siding. They are all excellent workers and never leave a mess when they're done.

II signed a contract with them on July 28 for over $20,000. I discussed with the salesperson that i have asbestos siding on my house. I t is also readily visiible.. On August 25 they came to do a PID.. They said they cannot do my roof due to the asbestos siding. They said they were voiding the contract, I requested written confirmation of this. I still have not received this after a month, I have a complaint on file with ANGI since August 27. They also have been asking for this for several weeks. Apparently this company does not care. Do not do business with Power Home Remolding.
