Power Home Remodeling removed two layers of roof and installed a new roof, along with an attic insulation job. Our main problem was that Power didn't check with my town about permits. Although the roof requires no permit in my state, the town did require a dumpster permit. Moral of the story - always check on the permits yourself. The quality of work was excellent overall. The only complaint was that a wheelbarrow operator was scratching up my pavers. Be aware that Power subcontracts all the labor to other roofing companies, so quality of work may vary. The job was supposed to take two days and ended up taking three, which isn't bad - I'm just happy not to have had an exposed roof for more than one night. As far as value for the money, I'll wait to see how our energy bills are this summer. I expect to see savings over last year.

They are a little expensive but had a good presentation. Problem experienced was that they did not start work until almost 10AM. Took 3 days to finish job instead of 1 day as originally indicated. Job had to be finished in the rain due to the delay. Supervisor on the job left for extended times so there was no communication with the workers and contributed to the unnecessary delay. We were satisfied with the job results and they do quality workmanship.

Roofing company was efficient and work high quality. Communication with Power itself could have been easier and more clearly spelled out. Mike, the salesman, explained well and is very good at his job. Patrick from Quality Assurance also very accomplished and clear communication. Overall our main recommendation is to establish a point of contact at Power with whom the customer can talk.

Our salesperson, Cassie, was great. Very knowledgable about roofing! I learned alot! Installation people were also very professional and I was impressed that they got the job done in one day. Highly recommend

Would not come to the house unless my husband was also home. Told them it was not possible for him to be here. I told them I spoke for both of us. They said it was a company policy.
