The quality of the installation was very good but dealing with Power company itself was horrible. The installation was done by sub contractors. The company reps said one thing and what was done was another thing. Even the billing was messed up. They were supposed to take half in cash and the other half on a credit card. They put it all on the credit card and took the 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit card and it took several calls to have them refund the full amount of the first credit card payment. Never did get a receipt or the warranty. The roof was done well but was not worth the hassle dealing with Power.

Very pricey but considering damage and repair of old roof, we are dry on rainy days. still awaiting reimbursement from lost tarp and damaged fence decorations ($110.00)+, but the work and home looks good and is safe for elderly Mother.

Very responsive and thorough with their initial evaluation. The initial meeting is a bit lengthy but in the end, you’re getting a superior product so it’s helpful to understand the differences between Power and the other guys.
