Our deck was old and in bad shape. It needed a major update. Andrew and his crew did a great job. They were committed from the start to making it special. Even with weather, supply chain and other issues they maintained and created an amazing deck for our family to enjoy. Any changes made during the project were discussed in detail and not performed until agreed upon. Communicating with Andrew was easy. From the quotation process through the installation, I felt we were always on the same page. Andrew was hands on and always answered or returned my calls immediately.

Andrew and his crew were attentive, quick and cleaned up the job site every day. The retaining wall turned out perfect and I'm so happy with the project. It has greatly improved my property and I would hire Andrew again.

Andrew, and his wife Sarah, were both very capable and skilled. Andrew came up with several excellent suggestions to improve and simplify the job. It was a pleasure to have them with us. It turned out that they do many other kinds of work (other than fences). I expect to be using them for many other types of jobs too.

The staff people are wonderful craftsman. People skills are excellent.

We hired Pinnacle for a concrete project and a fence project. Andrew and Mike came up with creative solutions to make both projects work in spite of uneven ground, rocks in the clay, and a sloping property line. The concrete pad next to the deck is a beautiful home for our new hot tub - and they installed a French drain too! The horizontal plank fence surrounding our property is absolutely gorgeous and expertly constructed. 100 degree weather understandably added some time to the fence project but they worked hard when they could and the results are beautiful. Bids were very detailed, contracts signed electronically, great communication before and during projects, creative modifications and solutions, and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Looking forward to hiring Pinnacle for ongoing projects.

I am so glad I hired Pinnacle Contractors to build a dog run fence and small deck. We had a challenging space because of buried utility wires and cables and they were very creative in coming up with solutions. They did a beautiful job and were very responsive to my Vision for the project. They exceeded my expectations!

Pinnacle gave us a quote for two jobs; one was to replace an old front walkway and also for replacing my front and side lawn with sod. The bid was very competitive, very professional conversation with both owners, and decided to hire. First job to be completed was the walk way, and it was done in a very timely fashion. Secondly, they did the lawn which was completed within very short time after the first job. Excellent job performed, clean-up was as excellent as the work. Would recommend Pinnacle Contractors for both commercial and/or homeowner.

Pinnacle Contractors is a very trustworthy and efficient firm. They worked through the pouring rain in January to complete my fencing job in just 2 days. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
