"We started with one project with Mass Design, and were so pleased with their work that we added two additional home improvements as well. They truly care for their clients and go above and beyond when working to meet their needs. My wife and I found it surprising how carefully they listen. Things mentioned as a passing comment were noted and acted on. Their workmanship and design skills were exceptional, their communication clear and concise, and we were never left in question about any step of the process. In addition, we truly appreciated their honesty and transparency. Simply put, fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend using their services and we have more projects down the line where we will be using them."
