They were quick to have someone come out and check our roof and siding repairs and gave us a competitive quote. There were issues with ordering and finding the correct color for our siding, but it now done and looks good. They are very punctual and get the job done in good time.

Justin was knowledgeable and efficient, and made a correct diagnosis of my problem. He even felt sorry for me with the extent of the issue! He immediately called the company and they set up an appointment for a free estimate to actually do the work.

I hired P.J. Fitzpatrick for a simple minor exterior fascia board repair. They sent someone out for an initial estimate (which they charged for) and then sent out a slick talking sales person (that they charged for) who advised me that I needed a new roof. This was okay due to the fact that my roof was 20 years old and it made sense. Replacing a skylight was part of the contract. The estimate came in around $14,000 and I decided to go ahead with the work. However, they decided to tear the roof all the way off and added an additional $12,000.00 to replace the plywood they just tore off. This was unauthorized work. In addition, the exterior trim that I originally needed repaired was never done. I was told that this would be repaired while replacing the roof. They falsely advertise and have inflated estimates and pricing. I absolutely would never recommend this company.
