"i got a quick response to my call. he was out within several days. needed to get pricing for the parts and told me he would do this on mon. and call me. he called mon morning with the pricing. got me a great price on a new unit versus repairing old one.. said he would have the unit by the end of the week. called me on fri said he had and scheduled installation for sun. installed the unit as specified. within in 1 week of original visit i was up and renning."

"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. "After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour. Very impressed with their service and professionalism. I am now signed up for annual check up for my HVAC system and would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
