The service experience was fantastic. They showed up on time with a professional, courteous, knowledgable representative. He immediately assessed the issue and was able to fix the issue. Also he set appropriate expectations with the repair. I would definitely use them again.

I made an appointment with them for a 2 hour window, received a confirmation email, received a confirmation phone call the day before, and was told I'd be charged some minimum amount, like $60, whether I hired them or not. I agreed to all that and rearranged my week to be there. So finally some one shows up 90 minutes after the 2 hour window ended. No notice whatsoever. He immediately tries to sell me on new windows and siding before we even talk about the issue at hand-my roof leak. In the end I hired them anyway because I was desperate to fix the roof leak and no-show contractors has been such a problem. Who knows how long it would take to get another person here. The price was ridiculous for less than 30 minutes of work and no material but, again, I was desperate so I agreed to it. The contractor was very professional once I got through the sales pitch, and, as far as I can tell, he addressed my issue. I was very irritated that they had to confirm the appointment with me not once but twice, and have me agree to the minimum charge, and then didn't show up. They are telling me their time is more valuable than mine! They should pay me $60 for that! The sales pitch aside, the contractors professionalism was the only positive takeaway so, if needed, I would give this company another chance for a larger job, assuming it's free to get a quote. But I would be reading this review to them to make sure we are clear on expectations.

They came on schedule for the initial meeting. The repairman suggested another fix tom save money in the long run. The repairs were done on time. They forgot small part of the job. They were out to fix the problem very quickly. Clean up was done quickly and very well.
