The technician showed up on time and was able to complete the repair on the same day in a very efficient manner. I was able to get the repair done and still able to get to work for a half day. Joe was very personable and explained everything very clearly. I had a great experience with PJ Fitzpatrick and would gladly use them again.

The price was right. The work appears to have been done well - it's beautiful. The lifetime warranty is transferable, which is a great selling point. The workmen were very quiet (until the last couple of hours when they called in 2 other crews to get the job done in 2 days). They were great! I'm very pleased.

Very happy with Kevin D. and would gladly have him over again for any of my home's repair jobs. Punctual, friendly, helpful, and polite, he explained clearly what was needed and gave me fair estimates for the work, which involved window and roof repair. He also went out of his way to help me, after a misunderstanding between myself and the dispatcher. Just a fantastic experience from start to finish.
