Although it was a single window replacement, it was not an easy job. I had a Bay Window that was not properly installed and it was slowly deteriorating. I have been watching the window for three or four years and last year the water damage could be seen from inside, that is when I knew it should be replaced. I had them replace the Bay Window with a very large Picture Window. I was very happy with their service from the consultation to the installation. I would use them again.

Great work done but very expensive to fix a storm door. Repair cost almost as much as a new door would have for 5 screws and a drill

"How would you rate the value for money?" This is a hard question to answer, as well as judge as it is so subjective. What I think is good work could highly vary from my next door neighbor's. Anyway, I looked up national averages for this type of repair. PJ Fitzpatrick, Inc. is way at the top of those averages, but I have to say... What an excellent job they do and how professional they were. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, no tactics, just pure work. While on the roof the repair man adjusted and released the sewer boots/flashings free of charge. The skylight was enough to cover it I suppose! Either way, my wife called and gave KUDOS to the worker, and I would also love to convey a stellar job well done.
