Their customer service is excellent- responsive and follow up when they say they would, and they mean it when they say they do small job- mine was a sliding repair. I reached out to several contractors for info and pricing, PJ Fitz is the only one make me feel like I am a paying customer. Craftmanship is excellent too, the repair guy came on time, courtesy and professional. Make good recommendation and repair it quickly. I wished I had call them sooner! Thank you,

They responded first. (Good), Confirmed an appointment for a Saturday morning (Great) - I sent them a photo of the repair needed, confirmed the color of trim work, which was confirmed twice over the phone, where I was told they send fully stocked trucks, ready to make the repair - to which I said "Great". Tech showed up right on time (Great), but then told me that they don't have the color trim on the truck, AND that it would have to special ordered AND I would have to buy the whole coil of trim (NOT GOOD), which almost DOUBLED the cost of the repair. I need it complete which made me feel like I had no choice. (Not Good). So I am still waiting for the trim to be ordered and the repair completed, but to answer the question of would I hire them again, chances are no.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
