When speaking with a customer rep. on the phone they said they had a special at $189.00 for siding repairs depending on the size and difficulty of the project. I had a small reframe of an upstairs window repair. I was told that there would be a $65.00 service fee for an estimate whether or not I used their services. The service tech., said he would do the job right now, so I said ok. He used my lumber and J-channel, he put it up and wrapped it with aluminum. Then he charged me $520.00 and that was with the 10% discount?? It took all of two hours to complete, and he did not seal the window as I asked, and said it would be fine now that he wrapped it. I will be able to tell better when winter comes around. The price was in my opinion way to high, but I wanted the job done ASAP, which he did. Just get other estimates before you say OK, like I said, P. J. Fitzpatrick's prices are just a little to costly. Two hours work, using my materials should have cost me about $250.00 not $520.00.

Chad did a great job removing our old mesh gutter guards, cleaning the gutters, and installing the GutterStuff gutter guards that I had purchased online. He is a very hard worker and easy to get along with. I would use him and PJ Fitzpatrick again with no hesitation.

Bob was great. Provided advise and a summray or necessary work in an honest and professional manner. Took pictures to explain the process, wore booties in the house, didn't upsell additional services or unnecessary work.
