The technician was on time, very polite and did excellent work. The only issue I had was that with 2 hours of putting in the homeadvisor request the company had called 3-4 times, it was a little off putting.

I had some minor repairs done to siding and a vent on the roof as part of my FHA closing process. Because I was the buyer of the house and not yet the owner, the first agent I spoke to initially could have been a bit more helpful in offering me some alternative solutions instead of outright refusing to deal with me. The second time I called I spoke to a very friendly agent who helped me sort out how to get the job done and worked with both me and the seller in arranging the work. The contractor also did a nice job, quick and correct. I will have them back in the future to some other needed work.
