Scheduling is an issue, 4 hour blocks are very hard for a household where both people work. The actual work of the mechanic puts customer service to shame. His work was great!

PJ Fitzpatrick was extremely responsive - they were the first company to reach out to me to assist in my gutter needs. The initial phone call to set up the appointment was very thorough and informative. Mitch was my home consultant. He was on time, thorough in the explanation of what he was going to do and what needed to be done to my home. He presented all information without pressuring me in any certain direction. When I had decided to work I wanted performed, he completed the task in an efficient manner. From start to finish, the process took 1 hour. My only complaint about the appointment process (not Mitch's work), is that the company schedules appointments during a range of time (ie between 8 & 12, between 12&5) and not on weekends, which was really challenging to work with due to my work schedule - I ended up having them come to the house on my day off from work. Also, they charge $ for coming to the house to prepare a quote. That $ is waived if they are hired to perform the job, but it did provide a little extra pressure to actually hire them.

Patrick arrived early, listened closely to what I had to explain concerning the issues I 'thought' I had in my attic. Patrick did a thorough job evaluating my roof and attic space, locating an issue that he was able to repair immediately. Very friendly, I recommend hiring PJ Fitzpatrick
