Gave me things to consider about the age and condition of my A/C unit, but never made me feel pressured to buy anything at all. I think that will be a major factor that I will consider when it comes time to replace my unit.

This company called very quickly after I hit the submit button. I was able to schedule an after hours appointment and the technician called and arrived in a couple of hours. The issue was fixed. It was a pleasant experience compared to our prior company, Service America. Thank you.

My wife called for a repair...and it was a comedy of errors. This company used to be called Van s Comfort Temp. It has gone steadily downhill since becoming a franchise. Our Amana A/C unit needed a new condenser coil. The repairmen first tried to sell us a new $5,000.00 unit..when all it needed was a new condenser coil which was still a free part under the warranty. Then he said it would take a month to get the part! Not true. A different repair company that we ended up going with got it from Amana in a day! Then he said that new code required that replacement of a compressor also requires a new air handler the same year. Not true. It might affect the warranty, but it's not REQUIRED at all then he gave a quote for the labor of $1933.00 The company that we ended up hiring did it for almost $900.00 less and did not try to BS us! Needless to say ..we are DONE with One Hour!NEVER calling them again!

They are clean, explain thoroughly all questions put to them and did an excellent job. I will hire them in the future!

Olvin really knows his stuff. He got our 11-year old air conditioner going again, but he recommended we get a new one as soon as we can because this one is on it's last legs, and was installed incorrectly in the first place.
