They were on time & I received an email & text advising me who the tech was that was coming with his picture. It also said when he was on his way. He explained the issued with my A/C & showed me pictures of the issues. Update: I take back my 5 star rating. They were called to check/fix an interior leak from my A/c unit. I only needed to vacuum the water up every 1-1/2 weeks. After they performed their service, the leak increased at least 10 times and now needs to be vacuumed a few times a day. Of course when they were here they said I needed a new unit, and the guy to provide the estimate was here in less than a 1/2 hour. Not only did they not fix my leak, they made it worse & then said I needed a new A/c. Pretty suspicious to me. There is no way I would have them back & I will seek another A/C company.
