I hired SGF to do an asbestos inspection, and Madeline was very helpful working with me to schedule the inspection on short notice (she communicated back and forth with me throughout the weekend), she was extremely transparent with SGF's pricing and she didn't push me to inspect parts of the house where inspection was not needed. I had to cancel the inspection at the last minute (while Madeline was on her way) because the seller of the house I was looking to buy decided he didn't want to allow it.
