Very professional always on time. I use their Maintenance program and Iâ  m very satisfied. The former owner used the same program over 20 years and I understand why! Happy I kept up with it, normal pricing! They come twice a year. Air conditioning maintenance in Florida is your lifeline!

Antoine did an incredible job and was extremely professional! I returned home from work to a broken ACâ ¦called the company and they offered to come out same day. Within an hour he was here and within only 10 min found the issue. He made a quick trip to get the part and returned to correct the issue. In the middle of summer, I am forever grateful to Antoine and One Hour Air for their prompt, efficient and thorough service. He explained everything to me along the way and made sure to answer any questions I had. Thank you!

Our unit wasnâ t cooling and I thought it was the thermostat, which it was. The first time they came out, they didnâ t have the thermostat on truck and donâ t carry the one I needed. Servicemen recommended I get it myself & easy to install myself. I told them I was not handy and would call back for install. Charge was $149 for service call. I called back on Saturday when I had the new thermostat. Said they would be out Monday between 8-10am, but would be charged again.. The rep on phone said he agreed with me, but that was their policy. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and said one would call me back within a few hours. Never got a call, but serviceman came out before 9am on Monday, replaced the thermostat and no charge. Do I was happ, and â coolâ again.

Great experience. It took the technician very little to know what was wrong with the air conditioning. He fixed the problem and money wise very affordable. I will recommend the company to anyone. I already signed a contract to have them over for AC maintenance in 6 months.

The TEC offered us a service contract and came out on Memorial Dayà ¢à  à ¦ pretty much for the same price as the one day service.. which we thought was reasonable to
