Called One Hour about AC no longer cooling. They made it their priority to schedule me as their first stop the next day. Mr Miller was the technician that arrived to assess the issue. Mr Miller showed me everything that was problematic. He performed all the necessary steps to get AC cooling again. Elvin has been here more than twice. He let me know when he was coming and was always on time. He always explains what work he accomplished and answers all the questions I have. Elvin is very professional and friendly and I have all the confidence that my air conditioner will continue to work the way it should with no issues after he leaves.
