I have used One Hour since I purchased here in 2011. The technician was Anthony who has been here several times. He is always on time and is very nice. There was a part that had to be replaced and it was covered under warranty.

The AC Tech Marcus Herman was right on time, he stalled an overflow switch which was missing. Marcus was very polite and did a great job and he did not try to over sell me. Would recommend this company for your AC repair and maintenance.

Rob was on time as promised which you don't see any more. we received an email before he arrived explaining his qualifications and a picture so we could verify he was actually the person sent to do the job. He had a very likeable personality and explained all that he did. i will definitely hire again for the next issue we get with the system.
