It was a terrible experience. They charged us a $150 service call to come out. The first guy who came could not fix the issue because he did not have nitrogen to blow out the drain. He did give it an honest try. The schedules for Robert to come out the next day. He was HORRIBLE. For starters, he tried to talk his way out of doing the work even seeing the job. We were very clear the drain was blocked. Then he blows it out the wrong end and made it worse. Finally, we had to pay a service charge for ANOTHER company to come out. They fixed the issue the first time. And yes there was a large piece of PVC pipe stuck in the drain preventing our AC from working! I will not be using this company again.
